We have been around since 2001 and evolved from an IT support company into a pure VoIP services provider. In 2015 we made the decision to focus solely on VoIP. We don’t try to be Jacks of all trades – we stick to what we know best and do it well.

Many of our customers come to us through their IT support people, as networking and voice over IP go hand in hand but each is a specialised field. This is one of the reasons for not doing on-site installations – network configurations are unique and your network or IT support people are best suited to install equipment on site as they are privy to the inner workings.

Does this mean you always need IT guys? No – if your environment is reasonably simple it is normally a matter of plugging your phones into the network and that’s it, you are ready to make and receive calls. But for slightly bigger environments or more complex one, we would always recommend that you do get professional network people involved if you don’t already.
