The basics:

While this can be changed, VOIP phones work slightly differently from traditional phones. When you dial a number, you generally confirm this by either pressing the # key, or the OK button. This really just means "confirm that's what I want"

Transfering a call:


Blind transfer:

Answer the call
Press the transfer button
Enter the extension number you are transfering to and press # or OK.
Hang up.

Attended transfer:

Answer the call
Press the transfer button
Enter the extension number you are transfering to and press # or OK
Wait for the person to answer. Once they do, announc the call
Hang up

Should the person not answer you can get the call back by simply pressing the exit key.
